  • Option 3 is specific for units that are to be constructed. The 20% down payment can be paid in 12 months while the remaining 80% balance can be paid through in house financing or bank assisted loans. 
     

For lots with area 100 square meters to 208 square meters has a priced range of Php 1.6M to Php 3.1M. Packages with house and lots may cost Php 5M.
